1. Order Placing & Verification

When you complete checkout, your order will be confirmed. If you select Cash on Delivery (COD), we may contact you to verify your delivery details. We reserve the right to cancel unverified orders.

2. Customer Delivery Timeframes

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 working days. All delivery charges are shown at checkout. Please check the package before accepting delivery.

3. Exchange and Refund Policy

We strictly inspect quality before packing items. In case of defects, sizing issues, or incorrect items, you can request an exchange under these criteria:

• You must file an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Customized items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice, but your order total is final once placed and will not be changed.
